- Set up a company to operate with QuickBooks
- Prepare a chart of accounts.
- Set up lists (item list, vendor list, customer list, etc)
- Process transactions for service and merchandising businesses.
- Detect and correct errors within the accounting cycle.
- Prepare necessary forms such as invoices, vendor reports, and journals.
- Perform the adjustment process.
- Perform the end-of-period closing process.
- Prepare financial statements
- Protect financial information using the password function and data back-up function
